Agile & DevOps

We help organizations with a total solution that covers the process from features to running software in production. The solution includes the implementation of a unified platform for documentation, task management according to agile or traditional principles, test management, build pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and much more. These solutions are typically implemented as part of an organizational agile transformation where the goal is to break down knowledge silos, create cross-functional teams and automate as many manual workflows as possible.

Service Management

We help organizations implement a service-oriented culture. We do this by assisting with the implementation of IT Service Management solutions that support the common ITIL concepts such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management with associated CMDB. In recent years, however, we have expanded this to also support organizations with more general Service Management for other than IT functions. According to Forrester, this is called Enterprise Service Management. Here we use our experience in service management to support functions such as Legal, HR, Marketing and Finance.

Scaled teams

If your organization consists of multiple teams, there is typically a need to create an overview across projects or Epics. This helps ensure that development teams work together towards the desired goal. Whether you have implemented a classic project/portfolio model or have moved to a scaled agile framework like SAFe®, we can provide a complete solution to support this.

Work Management & Digital Workspace

Especially in recent years, it has become clear how important it is for an organization to have implemented effective collaboration tools for their employees. This is especially true when you have a hybrid workforce that works both from the office and from home. Effective task management has been part of the digital workplace in IT functions for many years. We now help the rest of the organization with the same support for collaboration tools. We help move work away from Excel and Outlook and make it transparent and accessible to everyone in the organization. This often has the effect that employees can work more efficiently, spend less time on status meetings and focus on solving their primary core tasks.
